The restaurant’s chef and manager, Tachikawa, who came to the USA in 2016, recommends the restaurant’s Spicy Miso Ramen, which is created completely with ingredients made in-house, including the noodles, soup and roasted pork fillet toppings. The pleasantly spicy soup and crisp bok choy are quite delicious. The Miso Marinated Grilled Salmon uses saikyo miso brought in from Japan. The restaurant’s alcoholic beverage menu includes a delicious standard offering for each season, including beer and Japanese sake.
