Ushidoki Wagyu Kaiseki
Ushidoki and its Chef Hirohashi Nobuaki are specialized in serving up 12-course Ozaki wagyu omakase (leaving the decision of the menu to the chef) meals. There is only one farm in Japan using the name of Ozaki to sell wagyu. Mr Muneharu Ozaki in Miyazaki Prefecture breeds and manages his own farm, so there is a very select number of importers and restaurants serving his high quality beef. Try dishes like the 3-kind wagyu sashimi featuring wagyu wrapped uni, home-smoked wagyu ham and the oyster topped with wagyu and kombu (kelp).
