Suju Japanese Restaurant
Suju Masayuki opened his first small restaurant back in 2005. Since then, six more stores opened throughout Japan, introducing the basics of Japanese food culture such as miso and shoyu. The Singapore store wants to introduce this natural Japanese taste to global customers and puts special effort into its rice and miso soup, which act as the main part of a Japanese dish. To bring out the best taste of the rice, it´s polished and cooked within a copper pot. Fresh fish which is essential in Japanese cuisine is selected and delivered by air from the Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo.
