Hakata Tonton serves nouvelle local cuisine of the Hakata region in Kyushu.
Their specialty is pork, “The Collagen Food” – Tonsoku (pigs’ feet) and Motsunabe (intestine hot pot) are popular Hakata Soul Foods which contain lots of collagen. Hakata Tonton invites you to be adventurous. Sample a number of small dishes so you get a feeling for savory cuisine.
Executive Chef: Koji Hagihara – Born in Kofu, Yamanashi. Before joining Hakata Tonton, he served as Executive Chef at Wakiya Gramercy Park Hotel in New York.
